All sessions are currently online using Zoom as the platform. We can still work together using this video platform and research has shown it to be just as effective as face to face. At present, we do not offer face to face appointments due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Our first programme begins 1/12/21 and is suitable for anyone over 20 weeks gestation.
