Then, using trance, we set your intentions through focused-attention. Trance is easy! We do it all the time - when you're driving and don't remember parts of your journey, when we're reading and need to go back over that paragraph, when we're watching TV.
You can go into trance with your eyes open - similar to daydreaming, but better!
